The coaching profession has learned a number of things from closely related and more established professions which involve one-to-one and one-to-many talking interventions. Quality Supervision for Coaches is one of the stand-out aspects of providing professional and ethical practice, as well as maintaining the fundamentals for self-reflective development, wellbeing, and consistency of a quality assured Coaching intervention.

What do we offer?

We can provide a completely non-judgment, objective, and disassociated professional and ethical sounding board outside of the constraints that the employment relationship and organisation hierarchy inevitably bring.  We can also provide this service for any internal supervisors you may already have supporting your coaching pool, or facilitate and manage group and peer supervision sessions.

We offer Supervision for coaches in four different ways;

  • Individual Supervision for sole and corporate coaches
  • Group Supervision sessions
  • Supervision as an integrated part of internal coach development programmes
  • Supervision for developing and qualifying coaches

If you would like to discuss your supervision requirements with us in a bit more detail, then please get in touch and we will be happy to talk through your options and routes to ensuring your coaching practice or practitioners are effectively supervised.
