Her role as an ICF credentialed coach has been supported by the learning and skills from roles in two areas in the past: 10 years as a Chartered Physiotherapist and 10 years working in culture and behavioral change in various industries. This recent role has involved designing, delivering and implementation of behavioural change interventions including coaching senior leaders and executives. She has worked in a range of sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Management Consultancy, Utilities, Technology and Rail Transportation.
