Lester is an experienced and confident learning consultant, TAP and MiRO accredited, specialising in the design and delivery of management workshops in the public and private sector across a large number of subject areas and provide client focused interventions at all levels of the organisation
Lester has extensive experience working for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Singapore, Manila, Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo and Shanghai and has received excellent feedback for managing a diverse range of stakeholders and understanding the complexities of working within a multinational context.
He was recently involved in designing and delivering a Leadership Development Programme for a number of cohorts in Hertfordshire County Council. With a coaching accreditation from Centre for Coaching/Middlesex University, he was able to successfully provide 1-2-1 coaching to all delegates (line managers) of this programme and supporting them through their 360 appraisal review and fine-tuning their performance management skills. Modules for this programme are: The leader as a coach, Inclusive leadership, systems leadership and partnership working, strategic and commercial thinking during times of change and cultural shift and resilience.
