Matt’s passion is working with leaders to become more effective through exploring their Emotional Intelligence and helping them to identify their personal accountabilities and alignment in organisational relationships.
A big focus for Matt recently has been supporting leaders across talent and high potential pools by delivering integrated coaching that creates the full use and sustainable impact of talent development programmes, creating that sustainable element to leadership learning.
